Improvements to the site of a home in downtown Santa Barbara. The added site elements aim to blend with the garden environment to further enhance the clear seperation of the idealized Victorian building as an object in a picturesque landscape. The project also encompassed a new plan for the site which added some updated amenities - new decking, spa, fencing and outdoor storage areas, and preservation of the building’s exterior.
